For the Leafyard Hormonal Health Lab iOS and Android apps
The Leafyard Hormonal Health Lab helps you track menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, view trends over time, read evidence-based articles, and share an optional report link with a healthcare professional. If something isn't working or you have a question, we're here to help.

How do I get access?
Access to the App is granted through a voucher code issued by your employer, insurer or another sponsoring organisation. There is no consumer payment and no in-app purchases. Enter your voucher code when you create your account to unlock the App.
I have a voucher but can't sign in
Check that you have entered the voucher code exactly as it was issued and that you are using the email address you registered with. If it still won't work, email [email protected] and we'll look into it. If you believe you should have access but were never issued a code, please contact your sponsoring organisation directly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app along with your new password. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us if you still need help.
How do I delete my account and data?

What happens if my organisation's access ends?
If your sponsoring organisation ends its arrangement with Leafyard, your account becomes read-only — you can still sign in and view your existing entries, reports and articles, but you cannot create new entries or share new report links. After the read-only period, we delete your data unless you redeem a new voucher in the meantime.
Is the App medical advice?
No. The App is an informational tracking and self-education tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
