Caroline is a founder of Leafyard and has a pivotal influence on every aspect of the business and product - from orchestrating the early theories of Leafyard into reality, to continually managing growth every step of the way. Caroline's desire to stay hands-on and keep the business lean and agile is a key driver in Leafyard's continued success.

Paul served 34 years in the British Army, leading soldiers, veterans, and families through some of the toughest environments on earth. After seeing how difficult transition can be, he joined Leafyard to support its mission to improve resilience across communities. Paul advises on strategy and the practical realities of supporting people under pressure.

Phil is one of the founders of Leafyard and heads up sales. He is a veteran of several successful startup exits and works with many early-stage startups on an advisory basis. He has a keen eye for product design and customer experience too. His motto is 'Software should be beautiful and easy to use' so we follow it to the letter.

Martin is a senior finance leader with decades of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked in a variety of roles, including investment banking, corporate finance, and private equity. Martin has been a trusted advisor to Leafyard's founders for many years, shaping the company to be sustainable and scalable.

Gislene works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and leadership. She supports Leafyard's commercial direction, advising on positioning, behaviour change strategy, and long-term value creation. Her work strengthens Leafyard's ability to deliver measurable impact for employers.

John is a longstanding leader in Britain's professional community and a respected voice in business, law, and civic development. Sharing the same vision as Leafyard's founders, he became an Ambassador to help champion mental resilience across the country. John supports Leafyard's mission through advocacy, connections, and community engagement.

Wayne's career spans frontline military operations and senior partnership roles across global financial services. His own experience of delayed PTSD diagnosis led him to focus on evidence-based mental fitness. At Leafyard he leads strategic partnerships, helping organisations adopt modern, science-backed approaches to resilience and performance.

Jon is one of the founders of Leafyard and heads up research and development. He moonlights as a public speaker and strategist on behavioural science, workplace wellbeing and digital strategies. He is also an acknowledged technical expert and thought leader in AI and ethical technology.
